you cant take an enchanted shield and magical armour

a skeletal steed is etheral yes? in the etheral special rules it says it ignores any modifiers to movement, so there for ignores the negative modifier of barding, so yes ladies and gents our black knights are moving at 16" without hindrance through terrain

ghoulkin is a must if your having multiple units of ghouls

dont have the biting blade, and dont put the necromancer in a unit, have him stood behind it if he is just there to raise dead and vanhel spam your units, very nice list though
