So far, from what I've seen, combined profiles work fine for most units. It makes the combats more streamlined too. I agree that you don't want to lose indivudual traits of mounts, but most of the time it has little impact on gameplay.

Unstable is consistent and works well with tar pit units. When you have large units and lose combat by a small amount, Unstable is a huge advantage. Leadership plays no role in it either. On the downside, Unstable characters and smaller units suffer immensely when they lose combat by a large...
