0-1 Restrictions still valid?

Here's my question do things that had a 0-1 restriction still have those. For example Dwarven Rangers and Grail Knights.

Also do restriction like 1+ still aplly like you need 1+ units of bulls, and can't have more gnoblar fighters then bulls.

Just a question cause I fought a guy who said you could have as many units of grail knights he could afford with the 25% rule. Thought he was wrong but I want to be sure.

Any place in the Rule Book, that I can point out?

Ah, that old chestnut. It says "0-1" in your army book, if there's nothing to contradict that in any other rules published since then, such as in an official FAQ, you still have to follow that rule. The new army selection rules say nothing about superceding rules for individual army list entries, so they don't.
