I would like to know what people think goes well with lizardmen,i do not yet know what my mate is going to take in the way of lizardmen this is the list i have made let me know what you think 1500.

Strigoi Ghoul King
Red Fury, The Other Trickster's Shard, Dragonbane Gem and The Cursed Book =365

4 Hero Wraths

25 Skeletons/spears musician standard, Screaming banner =170
20 Ghouls champ =210

5 Hexwraiths =150
3 Vargheists =138

Terrorgheist

The 4 Wraiths and the Strigoi go in with the skeletons, iam weak on magic i'm hoping my mate will take a slann for that. All armies are treated as trusted allies even if your destruction with forces of order, god knows what would happen if i put a vampire in with some skinks and we lose combat would i take a LD tset or do i suffer the unstable rule or will the skinks run if the LD is failed and the vampire stands and fights to the undeath (i not going to put a vampire in with skinks im just saying that i can). This could open up a few new tactics any ideas? its 5 battles and i could be fighting all types of race's

Ok first off mate just a quick heads up, remove the point cost for the terrorghiest, we can't post the points cost of any single thing. (blame GW)

Now you're list to be honest is a strange one, you don't have much hitting power, no magic and can't take a hit.
You need to consider some serious point reallocation and then thing what you're ally is doing.

As Lizardmen are very tough and won't move normally they should form the bulk of the front line.
They will be using allot of magic but you will need to support them with Flanking power with you're TG, you're Hex Wraiths and Varghiests.
Thats great right there.
For the bulk of you're force though you have 4 low power hero's that won't really do anything and a lord with poor saves.
Honestly, drop them, take either 1 lord with what you can in regards to making him a blender, perhaps just leave off his ward and give him the dragon helm. (will still have a armour save over you're current guy)
and a Vamp with WK BSB or BSB by himself.
Take you're core all in Skeletons, you're ally will have skinks, you will not need the extra poison, Now with you're spare points which you should still have a decent amount depending on what build you go for put them into GG with GW so you have something to bring the pain.

Now in my own build I would take:

Lord: 356

Vampire Lord: 356
Red Fury
Heavy Armour
Dragon Helm
Sword of Swift Slaying
Talisman of Preservation

Hero: 115

WK
Enchanted Shield
BSB

Core: 420

38 Skeletons with Banner: 200

40 Skeletons with Banner: 210

Special: 396

28 Grave Guard with GW, Banner (Banner of Barrows): 396

Rare:

Terror Gheist XXX

Total points: 1497

Of course if preferred you can remove the GG and add Hex wraiths and a few Varghiests but they are you're heavy hitters.

Thanks for the help i forgot to put in that the rules in this tournament you cant have any units over 30 models, which is a shame because i love to take a block of 100 zombies. Also the power pool will be split between vamps and lizards, i think my mate is toying with an all skink army, i could be up agaist alot of evil armys maybe alot of vamps as the tournament is a Halloween theame. No war machine can be duplicated which might help me a bit.

I think going light on magic is a good idea. You have to share your power dice with your ally in a team game and a Slann can use power dice with greater faculty than vampires. You'll help your team if you let him use most of the power dice. I played a LM/Dwarf team once and we kicked butt.

Until you realize you have to split the dice evenly and not choose who gets what, than that plan goes out the window, you need some magic so as not to waste dice and make use of you're army as we are a magic reliant force.

Provided of course you are playing by the BRB rules.
