1500 vs TK Casual Destruction

I posted earlier in tactics under"Freedom!" with regards to selection of General for this upcoming casual game in "league" going at a GC I don't frequent very often but I joined as I was new to 8th and VC and wanted to get as many games in against as many different opponents as possible.
Really unfamiliar with TK in 8th, but I have seen this guy running a ton of chariots. I'd like to destroy him ASAP or crumble trying. I've also desperately wanted to give my Blood Knights a run.

I'm obviously way short on drops to get BK lined up against something juicy.

Anyone have any tips regarding points use or TK tricks?

Hey,

For 280 you can field 23 GG. I never go party without them they have shown always a good performance against everything. Its a very solid unit.

I took a lvl 1 shadow vamp with cursed book, rf, ha, and enchanted shield. I gave vl charmed shield instead. 2 more units of 5 wolves rounded it out. We play open list, so it looked iffy as I was up against 6 chariots with TP, horde of spears with TP, CoS,Bone Giant, Archers. IT WAS A BLOODBATH! He made some grave deployment mistakes. BK crumble chariots on charge with help from miasma, ghouls and vamp get charge on bone giant and make short work. Next turn BK charge skellys, kill TP, Wolves track down cowardly hierophant. Tabled after 4 turns! I lost 1 bk, 3ghouls, and 2 units of wolves.
