Hey,

Got a tournament comming up and i'm wondering what you all think of my list.

Vampire BSB, avatar of death, drakenhof banner (in unit GG)
Vampire, dark acolyte, avatar of death, helm of command
Vampire, avatar of death, infinite hatred, book of Arkhan

15 ghouls

25 zombies with banner

2X20 skellys with banner, musician and hand weapon + shield

2x corpse cart with balefire

5 fell bats

19 grave guards with banner of barrows, musician and great weapons

Overall, seems okay. Just a few comments.

- IMO, BSB should be a Wight Lord. More wounds and would benefit from BotBarrows as well

- looks like you don't have any unit champions; drop all the musicians if you need the points, but I'd ALWAYS take champions

- I've NEVER brought a unit of Zombies (to start anyways) to the field. Save them for Raise Dead only

- I'd try to squeeze in something else faster (to tag team flank with the Varghulf) I prefer Black Knights for this role.

As was mentioned your current BSB isnt great. With a WK you get the same AS as you would with AoD, and hes got more staying power. If you consider that a WK is 25 pts cheaper and your not spending points of AoD your saving 45 points and basically have a character with the same role.

I would change:
- Your BSB into a WK
- Drop the Zombie Standard and possibly 5 zombies if needed to fit in things added.
- Add the Hellfire Banner on 1 unit of skeletons, and use it against your opponents units with regeneration.
- Add the Warbanner to the 2nd unit of skeletons
- Drop the Vargaulf
- Pick up 2 Groups of 5x Black Knights, One with Outnumber Standard, The other with Stirgos.

Thanks for the comments. I'll see what i can change, i dont have black knights yet so the varghulf will stay.

Just one thing that i'm wondering, if i take a wk for bsb instead of a vampire, i'll loose a power and dispel dice. Wont i get in trouble against magic heavy lists?

Without having Lords (ie. under 2k), I wouldn't be too too worried about magic heavy lists. If you could squeeze in the Periapt, that might help you out in that regard, if you are concerned about it.
