Nice list, I like the way it creates one speedy side of the force- Dragon, cavalry, eagles, chariots, while giving you a solid base to sweep forwards and mop up with (ideally).Only change I might consider is swapping the Crystal for Silver Wand (An extra spell means extra free dice) and throwing a dispel scroll in there.

I'd pluck out the DP champion to avoid the whole unite getting nulled by Annoyance, and add a sixth member. Looks like a very friendly list.
