3000pts from Mantic and my bits box

Please can I pick your brains about this list, I'm new to VC and I've just bought the Undead army set from Mantic to play kings of war as well as WHFB. After rummaging through my bits box and pillaging bits from my Warriors of chaos I've got enough models for this-

Will this work against Dwarves? my friend usually plays a gun line army with a couple of big units to take any charges that make it far enough across the battlefield. I've yet to beat him with a warriors of chaos army so i hope i can manage with undead.

Is there anything i should add or change especially with characters. I've got another 10 wraiths, a mounted vampire and many more spirit hosts

Welcome to the forum and to VC.

Glad to see another mantic player and playing at my point size

Ok, first glance: You have blood knights with no banner to protect them, I suggest the 4+ WS vs dwarves.
You are taking a zombies, my personal prefrence is to never buy them. Up to you of course
You need larger units of ghouls, I suggest 30 min, 40 is better.
Lots of wolves, but no bats. Wolves took a HUGE hit in 8th. I am a big fan of wolves but even I had to face reality and stop bringing them
You have your general with your blood knights, not a good idea. I suggest a large unit to help eat combat res. Remember you are going to be down by 2 on a charge, and next turn you loose the 2+ str and are down 3 CR.
You have lots of small units, my personal prefrence is less large units, simply something to keep in mind to try another time.

Closer look:
You general has a 3+ armor save and 6+ wardsave, if he's going to be in CC, he needs much better. Plus it looks like he's a normal vampire, not a vampire lord. In 3k, you should have the points to get 2 lords. Remember, if our general dies, the game is over.
GG: only 20? No charicter? No Command or magical banner? This here is your bread and butter. Also GW's! Proxy if you must.

I do like how you thought out the wolves and spirit hosts/wraiths to shield your troops. Every dwarf I have played has magical and flaming cannons, so be careful.

How does your friend make up his gun line?

I'll see how the zombies look when they arrive and I might blend them in with the Ghouls to make 2 25 strong Ghoul units. From reading others posts they seem to be popular.
I did pay the points for a Full command of Grave guards but deleted them tidying up my post.
I'll have another look through and drop a unit of wolves and use the points to boost the grave guard, general and blood knights.
I don't have any models for bats though these look nice from mirliton
