Hello everyone.
My name is Matteo, I am 26 years, I am married and I have two beautiful daughters of 1 and 5 years.
I'm italian and unfortunately my english is very poor... so you correct mi if I'm in wrong.
I am an architect and despite the crisis I can go on in this country (Italy) in disarray...
I collect miniatures undead since I was 12.
I currently have almost 2000 miniatures from various manufacturers houses and more than 60000pti including Vampire Counts and Tomb Kings.
It 's very difficult to photograph all miniatures together, have never been able to deploy them all on one table!
They are also growing!
Unfortunately only a few miniatures are painted, and even fewer are well painted.
I collect miniatures and books from the first edition of warhammer and I possess very rare pieces!

Yes almost all buildings are homemade with polyurethane and gypsum or mold of "Hiristarts".

Loving the models but out of curiosity what size base do you have the elephant on?

I love your finished projects you posted here, it is nice that every unit is special is some way (LED, nightglow, heavy conversion)

Btw. could you share with us what kind of nightglow color did you use and if you applied some kind of varnish on it?

The Elephant's base is a normal base for a chariot (regular for Mortis engine or a Warsphinx erv and nightglow color come from China (I have bought it on Ebay last year... don't remember more...)

Hello to all people!
Today I propose a long photo excursus on my sphinxes up to the current WIP of the first that I'm painting:

It starts from modding, for a total of about a 30 net hours (spread in 6 months ...):

-Necrosphinx

-Warsphinx

And then arrive to 4 completed sphinxes (very bad photos ...):

And now we enter the painting of the first Necrosfinge:

STEP 1
(Smurfing painting of the face)

STEP 2
(wings, bib and background color on the body)

STEP 3
(sketched out first shadows on the body)

STEP 4
(sketched the astronomical runes on the body, the idea is the necrosphinx can be used as a star-map from liches and that these celestial runes could flow and/or change on it depending on the astral combinations)

STEP 5
(refined the symbols on the body and given the base color gold on back, legs and tail, given also the first shadows over them)

Now painting is to 21ore ... I hope you will like it
