This is a question list for a school project (Game Design and Development). We are designing a new playable Warhammer army and are making an army book for it, along with a few converted models. For that we need your help. The question list got 16 questions and should only take about two minutes. Your input is highly appreciated.

We want to design an army so awesome that YOU will stop playing your current army and start playing this (or take this as a second army). Therefore you must answer all questions not just by which sounds cool, but which sounds really worth buying (almost everything sounds cool).

Some answer might seem unbalanced, strange, unrealistic etc. Yet for all answers we can design a logic, balanced and realistic army, so you don’t have to take those things into account.

We would like to thank you in advance for taking the time to help us in our project.

I just filled in your survey and submitted it. Personally I would like to see something based on the historical Asian cultures, such as the Chinese and Japanese. Obviously they'd hail from the realms of Ind, Cathay and Nippon. A mixture of skilled close combatants supported by fast moving horse archers and lines of blackpowder guns. Sort of like the Empire but with a greater focus on close combat. Sorta.

It'll be interesting to see what you make of this.

Edit: And grand headdresses for the officers, this is a Must!

Oh no... Please don’t make a nippon/cathay army. This is mainly because I can't stand this Japan hype with all those mass produced cartoons, ninjas and small boys boasting about their superior technology (that start to cry when you tell them the facts), but also I honestly don't feel that those armies fit in with the Warhammer fluff at all.

I'd like to see something with religious fanatics that use crude means while still fighting for the destruction of evil. I picture a horde of mad cultists led by doomsayers, witch hunters and priests.

Don't know if mine helped or not, but I'd like to see the Opposite of Chaos come into play. Not a human or even earth bound race, but a holistic somewhat 'Angelic' kind of race to be the anathema of Chaos.

They'd hate Chaos, trying to eradicate it from the planet, but at the same time if anyone else hides, aids, or is a vulnerable asset to become a part of chaos, they kill them too. 'Twould be fun.

But of course. This will not be a day to day update, but every now and then (when we got something solid) you can expect an update.

We our now in our next step: designing the army. The theme will be Khuresh.
