Cheers! the varghulf was just done like that so it's playable with til i sort it uot... think it's going to have shades of grey as flesh, maybe a pinky tinge thrown in, with brown fur.

the lady is a reaper one, I've only basically painted her so I can say I've made a start, she will look much much nicer. I'm snowed in from the rest of my army at the moment but i want to take some good pictures of what i already have done for an idea, I've been doing the blue so it only ends up a slight tinge and she is very pale. But the mini is pissing me off a lot, and apparently santa is bringing me some more troops for my army, which I'll probably make a start on before I tackle her (I think I have about 8 vampire models! Addicted to buying nice ladies and thinking "she'll make a cool vampire!!"

been assembling the revenent knights which is a bugger as theyre resin/plastic and go a bit weird when filed. plus the lack of instructions means I started off glueing them all wrong (this happens a lot with me). Got the evil fairy spirit hosts to sort but they need bases first.

Today I might try and get them all filed and green stuffed, OR, I'm going to have another crack at making my corpse cart look cool..... ish.... maybe.... ARGH I HATE IT!

And I have been eyeing up this... anyone seen one in the er, flesh? how does it measure up scalewise?

was thinking of lifting it up a a bit and using cotton wool base to make all flying and ethereal....

Had one for a friend (It's the same as the Old Glory one) and it seems about the right scale, enough so that it doesn't look out of place. He uses it in a gothic horror rp campaign that's been running for a few years now.

I FINISHED THE CORPSE CART!!!

After nearly a year of picking it up and putting it down, glueing my fingers together and throwing it at the wall, I told myself I would do it in a day.

like most things I seem to paint "these days" its not to the best standard I can do but the general "sod it, that'll do" which I am happy with. Still think it looks quite cool, as I'd treated it so badly I ended up just snapping most bits off as they looked so crap, so I have the cart with bodies in, some extras added in, and pulled by a single mantic zombie. no necro, no flames or bells or whatever... If I want a necro I can stand her on and well, I'm sure it's not the end of the world having to tell my opponet if I'm using balefire or lodestone, seen as we have to do this with other spells anyway.

I just need a little chain to attach my super strong zombie (strombie, the medical term) to finish it off, and for the weather to be ok to dullcoat, and then juice up the blood ( i reckon will make it 10x better), then pics will follow.

Also today mostly painted up two necros, I seem to be using them more in 8th than 7th, kinda like suicide bombers for miscasting. This will give me 3 necros, to tell them from vampires they all have the traditional pointy hat, : two old hags and an evil gandalf.

have a tournament end of january and I'm trying to avoid the night before panic thing (although I'm sure I'll have some reason to do so )

Hi folks! I took lots of pictures, so you can see the rest of my army and get a feel for it. i am missing lots of ghouls, vampires, BSB, dogs, and grave guard as I'm in the middle of moving house and they got left behind! (I pick em up Sunday)

So here we are... [bear in mind most of it isn't finished!]

ZOMBIES! Need final touches to highlight and bases but not bad considering I done them in a day (and 20 others whereever theyve disapeared to)

SKELLIES! mantic spears on left GW swords to the right, plus more floating around in the ether

MOUNTED VAMPIRE (base not done and needs repairing)

WRAITHS AND BANSHEE rushed paintjob 2am before a tourny, will catch up with these one day! banshee made form lots of spare parts

BLACK KNIGHTS one of the first i painted (this time around) too drybrushy, will go back with highlights and detail but theyre nice for now)

BLOOD KNIGHTS in progress, need to sort the wobby boobs out, but theyre arent priority at the moment, the one ont he right is most finished

Nicely done Annie! Everything looks great, I particularly like the Skellies, the cart and the vampiress heroes. What line are those female vamps from?

Sweet as a nut! Great big units, the zombies look fantastic for a day's work, (or even several days work) nice skellies too. You're mounted vampire is really nice, her face turned out great. Nice bum on the other vamp too. Liking the black knights and corpse cart, the reaching hands are a nice touch on the cart. Not so sure about the blood knights, but as they are wip I'll keep me gob shut for now. Their armour just seems a couple sizes too big for them.

I need a chain for the cart to look done, I'm sure I've an old necklace somewhere I can utilise!

The mounted female is reaper and I think the bum one is gamezone.

The armous is huge but I chose the chaos knights purely as I wanted the blood knights to be way huge and scary compared to the black knights. The heads are small as they are slaanesh but I think it kinda suits are vampires aren't really that muscely anyway, but would enjoiy giving off the impression that they are.

it's a shitty conversion job that I glued way too early without thinking about it and I've been trying to rectify it since! i'm cack handed at the best of times (my converting involves cramming stuff together tightly with lots of glue hoping it melts itself together o.o:slapface: ) and rush most of it due to not having enough time, but these are particulary bad I'm hoping with some cool paintjobs they will look ok though! the one on the right isnt too bad and with some dullcoat could be on the road to acceptable!

Very nice Annie,our zombies look almost Identical.chains spiked into the front zombies back would be cool.I really like the face on the mounted model.

Gandolf is my favorite of your other figures with the corpse cart running a close second.

I been making some fairy spirit host, two are finished the rest need polishing off.

Stayed at a mates the night before tournament last week, with army + 50 half painted back up ghouls. Then realised that i have left 30 or so at home. Then spent til 2am painting them up! So i must have about 120 fully painted ghouls now? made some mini unit fillers and what nots too

125 fully painted dullcoated ghouls!!!!!

and about 20 mantic ones assembled and undercoated.

Also been painting skelly and grave guard shields, and erm, doing a bit of shopping.

had a mini reaper spree, although its leisure games again so be a couple of months wait!

mounted wight lord, wight lord, few more unique ghouls, and 8 bats.

Nice to see the army coming together finally!

I'm really going off those blood knights, half tempted to start them again... and get nicer heads.... it's not top of my list though..

I painted the sheilds on my skellies and grave guard and they now look REALLY nice.. will try get a pic at the weekend.

Playing 3000points later for fun... 100 ghouls to start with..... 16 black knight........

I got the mantic revenent knights for christmas and i really like them.... but i find them too small? has anyone else had this problem? I didn't see anyone complain hence why I asked for them, but as soon as i opened it was obvious theyre tiny.

I have spent far too much money lately that I don't have... curse you student loan! I'm gonna be glaring at my army so bad when I have to pay this off... *big gooey eyed zombie stares back...* awww I can't stay mad at you!!

I'm on a really inspired paint a thon which is annoying as I have so much uni work to do!

I ordered the gamezone knights for blood knights... 5 of them... standard, musician, champ, 2 normal...

I've hinted heavily for this for my birthday (tomorrow) as an abyssal terror

Also on a long wait from leisure games (usually about 4 weeks shipping wait) I ordered some striges to use as bats (I have a feeling at that price they are very small, but its the only way i could make bats viable! if they turn out really handy maybe then I'll buy actual bats)
