An Introduction

Hi all,

having spent plenty of time over the past couple of years following WH, but never starting an army, I decided with the new rules to finally take the plunge and get an WFB army painted. So as you may have guessed by my presence on this forum I decided to go with Lizardmen.

To get started I've made a big purchase from maelstrom (great site!). But I think I've gotten a great deal. Here's what I bought.

Female Vampire and Necromancer from Avatars of War,
Mournful Knight 1 from Gamezone,
The VC army book of course,
The VC Battalion,
and the Mantic undead warhost.

all for the price of 108euro or 97pounds. I feel like i've gotten a good deal. So thats two vampires, two necromancers, 60 skellies, 20 zombies, 20 ghouls, and a corpse cart. I already have 20 zombies in a bitz box somewhere at home. This I hope will be a good starting troops block. The next test will be to paint all these mini's but I have a sneaky plan, which hopefully I will be able to share with you guys as I go along.
