Hello, all friends of the night! I am extremely excited to begin my dark ascent with this new (to me) and beautiful forum, and am honored to be among the ranks.

Having once been a long time World Eaters Warhammer 40,000 player (found a dedicated legion thread), I have a decade of hobby experience, but I am learning all the time. To me gaming is an immersive experience, and art imitates life, I am always going to have a special place in my heart for the Adeptus Astartes, but found the Ninth Age.

Posts will be somewhat enigmatic at times surely, but I now foretell of a great vampire count rising under the Blood Moon!

@Blackbookofshadows I was a fan of Chaos Marines over a decade ago and painted up a few squads of Night Lords, still have some Berzerkers knocking around somewhere at home unpainted though! They're pretty cool minis.

Are you just starting to put your VC army together? Any specific theme in mind?

Thank you! I am just now putting my army together, yes. Thus far I am mostly constructing and painting terrain for a home table so people I know can game here.

So far I have the following figures
Vlad the impaler GW (metal, primed)
Mantic skelton set (some built
New in box VAMPIRE COUNTS BATTALION
Vorgheist (metal, in acid batch atm)

I have pictures documenting progress, not sure if I need to begin posting here. or start a formal project log elsewhere in the forum
