I'm pretty sure the answer is yes, but I'm gonna ask anyway (since my skaven "friend" again thinks no)...

If I have hated via the banner of Stirgos or Infinite Hatred, do the red fury attacks benefit from hatred?
 
Yes. Just like they would benefit from magical firey attack it the unit had the hellfire banner instead, or from killing blow with the tomb blade, or autohits from the dreadlance. They are simply additional attacks.
 
The tomb kings giant can have unlimited attacks with it's version of red fury. Too bad it's WS 3.
