April fools

As we all know, or should know, it's the first of april today and it's the day when it's okay to pull those mean and cruel pranks on people, like pretending to be a police officer and call someone to tell them their car has been found burned to rubble in an alley or something.

Well, have you been fooled today, or have you fooled someone? To be honest, I have not been fooled today... yet. Please share you moments!

Anyway, yesterday was pretty much dead on the pranking-side for me. Just the way I like it I suppose, heheh.

I got pied, in the face, by my two and a half year old nephew when he was instigated by his father. Gotta love brothers.

Anyways last week they pulled a nice prank off:

If you offer to pay a good sum of money (any offer was accepted it said) they'd sell you a house and give:

• an expensive car (I believe it was a porsche)
• 1 year free newspaper
• one year for 50 euro free shopping at the food mart (everyday)
• every week free flowers
• a music installation from Bose

I bet at least 1 person answered that one. It was a page full ad in the newspapers. When did they announce the winner? 1st of April

One broker company launched a campaign saying 20% off the houses they were selling FOR the people. People weren´t too happy about losing 50k money for that stunt. It was an april fools but the people are angry.

That was epic, I just came back after a long time thinking "great, just my luck". April Fool's Day was safe for me as I was really aware of any weirdness this year.

Not sure who but I guess it was some broker company. Otherwise it wouldn't look very viable at all. Though, selling all that stuff as a person does sound more convincing...
