I just saw this model and thought of this thread. I think she has a slightly drawn, vampiric look to her!

I can't find much about the company, Degra, but Artemis Black's sell them.

i have also been toying with a similar idea-the best ive come up with is the 3 heads on the covern throne and pop them on a elf female fig. its good as you can use the engine as the engin and have the three vamps spare. also theres none on ebay atm

I agree ... I have two of the original models, for some reason (I think they sent me an extra accidentally). They are really nice, imo
