If the one you're referring to as derpy is the one I think it is, then I disagree, because he is heads above the rest in coolness!
Again Mantic models put to good use, although I don't particularly like their style. The ghouls are decent though :ghost:
@wheeljack Brilliant conversions mate! I love the appearance you've generated with these models. The one in the centre especially has the feel of a white walker.

Thanks guys, I have been having a great time making the core units of this army, and was really hoping I could make some convincing White Walkers or the whole army would have fallen on its face.
I saw your knights much earlier in the "Show us your..." thread, they impressed me greatly and now I'm expressing it properly here 
You are really creative with mantic minis, this combination here is awesome and the quality painting just brings it all nicely together! Little thing I would change is probably giving a small black wash over the horses' legs, so the bottom doesn't stand out as much, but that's really minor. They kick ass properly!

I had some scrap men laying around after assembling all my Zombies and White Walkers, which I have about 200 left to paint now. So I decided to take a break from painting the Zombos and made some Nights Watch men from the scraps. It turned out to be some what of a task making this unit and not entirely happy with them, but oh well they was just a pile of scrap and now they have a purpose (to become victims of the Army of the Night King) HAHAHA!!

I very much approve of this use of left over bits. And I think the result is really cool too.
I'm liking the variety of skin colour among the night watch. I shall remember to do that too when I start my empire army, cause even if they are all Caucasian the skin colour can still vary a lot.

The unit really gives a proper impression of being a rag tag bunch of random dudes brought into the night's watch Good job with them, I especially like the standard bearer - what mini is this?

Although I am shocked how off putting I find the units of zombies, just because they rank up so cleanly. Like those "open lanes" between the models in a given column having such a clear space.. is like.. what is happening here? Not to knock anything you've done, I just didn't realize how much I feel like zombies need more "Disorganization" to feel "right" in my mind?

@Tawg ehh I tried clumps of zombies and it looked worse, clumps don't exist once you have a crowd. that's why I put the zombies on cards of nine to 6 to take away a bit of the straight lines look. Anyway I'm done with Zombies painting 150 of them does get a bit repetitive. I suppose Zombies are great for AOS and round bases, but good luck moving 150 of them around the table lol.

@wheeljack Nice job on those Nights Watchmen and your new horde of zombies.
It's nice to see you using the more aggressive looking Mantic zombies and throwing some ogres in there to boot as it gives me a nice idea of how stuff will look when I get on with them.

@Farmer7574 Please start yours I can't wait to see what you do, your painting skills put mine to shame, I just know it will be awesome. But yeah you gotta add the mantic zombies parts to other model sets like the celtic warlords or something because they just don't have that many different poses to chose from, and so many are bent over like they are bowling. I had to cut and use green stuff on a lot of them to make the buggers stand up a bit lol.

I could use some that look like they're falling over as though they're stumbling towards some fresh helpless prey on the ground, but might do as you say and kit bash, chop and green stuff them. Which Cletic Warlords box did you blend them with?

@Farmer7574 They come from Warlord Games, they have a huge range of historical models, and they are well priced. I was half tempted to buy some of their naked beserkers to use as zombies lol.

The Night King mounted on his Zombie Dragon. An ancient dragon found frozen in the ice and snow, the Night King now has a mount to rival the Mother of Dragons. Yes that is a dead Nights Watchman laying half chewed, Oh and I painted a small unit of zombies I will use for raise zombies spells.
You really got the theme nailed down. I feel cold just from looking at the pictures, do you wear furs when you play with these? ^^

FROST SPIDERS!!!! A fun, easy, cost effective unit to make. A undead army is all about spreading fear, why not give your arachnophobic opponent the chills hahaha.
@ObliviJohn its funny but yes I have begun wearing a jacket lately while painting, because my paint station is in the outside shed.
