Now I am surely not the only one to say that the ability does not work with cannons.
I recently had a game, against the empire. Now mid game he tried to use cannon against my throne and we ended up in a friendly debate.
He said (to my suprise) that a cannon technically does roll to hit. It rollls to see if he direct hits it or if his crew got their alignments/aim wrong.
A couldnt agrue that bit and it seems to be backed up by the white dwarf where mr kelly play tested it in a battle report. As a result my opponent felt the test should be done.
Does anyone else think his logic is an interesting one? I for one commend him for his 'spirit of the game attitude' but im convinces he is wrong
