I guess you could say that.

My Trueborn will fire their Dark Lances at the Blastmaster. You will get a 5+ cover save from all the intervening stuff. To hit:

BTW, I should mention that vehicle wrecks give 5+ cover saves in 6ed.

No, it's now a 5+ cover save. See page 74 of the HCRB, under Wrecked Vehicles.
