How hard would it be to convert a box of Tomb Kings Skeleton Horsemen into Black Knights? Has anyone done it? Is there pictures?o_o

Unfortunately, I haven't finished any painted model of BK.

I played against an army that used all Tomb Kings models in a VC army. Tomb Guard=Grave Gaurd, Heavy Horsemen=Black Knights and Tomp Princes=Whigt Lords. He even used Khalida as a Banshee.
