Hello! I'm very new to the game and am preparing for my 3rd large battle, I have a question before I face my friend's orcs and goblins! I might make an army list feedback thread too, but for now it's just this question.
So this may or may not become relevant. My Blood Dragon Vampire Lord has a Blood Drinker weapon, healing 1 of his wounds for each enemy killed. He has 8 Initiative, so It's not impossible that he might at some point be struck and die before striking or simply die at all. But if he were to cast Death Dealer on the unit he's in or on himself if he's alone before he is killed, meaning he would get to strike once after he is slain, would he then regain his wound and not be removed from combat if he successfully kills a creature under the spell's effect?
I couldn't find anything on whether or not ongoing spells end when the wizard dies either, so I guess that might be connected to the question.
