Is there a link? I went to the site & didn't see any change from the Hexwraiths that were always there before... am I missing something? I'd love to see "someone I know" have their stuff up on the site for sure!!!

I think she will be great! Not sure about the head of the horse?? though, kinda looks bovine because of the horns...maybe if they were different horns or at a different angle? Also, I must agree with Brahm, a bigger picture would be good as I am struggling to see whats going on with the neck of the horse.

As always there are some bigger photos on the blog if you Click on them they get really big. The Horses head is a little messy. I had problems in fitting it in the barding. I'll need to fix that. DO you think that the horns would look better if they would be pointed downwards ? Any way Thanks for pointing thous things out i really appreciate that. As for the Hexwraiths theres no tutorial but there is a small article about them on the blog it can give you an idea about how i painted them.
 
Not sure about the head too (maybe no horn at all ?) but your work on the Vampire lord is great !

(And I'm waiting to see this C'Tan finished !)
 
If you are wanting to keep the horns, go for something less organic. Something that looks and would be painted to look like metalic blades or something. If you are feeling particularly brave you could try sculpting some horns that sweep backwards then forwards in a "checkmark" fashion, with distinct blade edges... That just strikes me when I look at the model.
The neck doesn't look bad when viewed from the side...I'm still not sure about the horns though.

The Necromancer is on hold. Commissions have the highest priority. Don't worry I wont let him go unnoticed.
 
Cool. I'm anxious to see how he turns out. I've always been a sucker for the diorama displays where the figure pops out & can be used in-game... I was building one for my Grave Robbers warband for Mordheim a few years back...all it needs is the paint finished up. I should get that bad boy done...
