This seemed the most suitable place to post this. I can't seem to view any thread posts at the moment. I can navigate the forum catagories, but when i click on a thread to read the posts there is no text etc, just the various page buttons and quick reply box.
Im wondering if anyone can help me with this as its kinda killed my fun reading my way through the various plogs and conversations here. I probably wont be able to read any responses to this thread unless its a problem that can be fixed by a Mod for me, otherwise perhaps someone wouldn't mind emailing me with a way to solve my problem at:

If this is considered the wrong place to post this then please move or delete as you see fit, but atm im at the mercy of anyone who can help...

Loempiaketzer and Samuel Fey appeared to have the same bug.

MasterSpark does not have the problem.

I think that it's something related to a script I uploaded a few days ago, which was actually on Monday. If the problem didn't arise yesterday already then I wouldn't know what causes this.

It certainly hits the newly joined I assume.

Well I can see fine. Though that may not mean anything as previously in the my account always worked properly when others have had problems.

What internet browsers are people using- not sure if that has any issue. I'm using Firefox.

Either way MV- this needs fixing!!

Okay I have found the problem. It will be solved in 5 minutes.

I forced people's thread view mode to 'classic'. This is how everybody is used to it. MyBB now uses a different mode, which puts the author details above the message in topics.

The new members + guests are unable to view topics because they haven't got their options set to classic mode. I will run a query to force it on everyone.
 
Right I'm such a big turd. I've forgot to set the last setting which meant guests and new members can't view the threads. I didn't have to run the query.

It should be fixed now. Please report if it hasn't.
 
It now works when I'm not logged in, but doesn't work when I am.

OK, I set to "View Threads in Classic Mode", and it now works OK
 
I can view things normally, now. I'm not sure which step did it, but all my browsers can read the forums.
 
Well done MV and congratulations on the new computer. Its always such a nice experience when you've just gotten set-up with a new rig, heheh. :)
