CHaos Dwarves Rules

A friend of mine would really like to start Chaos dwarves - unfortunately, he doesn't have the rulebook. I know Swissdictator is an avid Chaos Dwarf player.

Basically can anyone give me a link to the pdf of the current Chaos Dwarf rules?

Those are the GW rules, and honestly they are sort of sparse. There was a really nicely balanced home-brew list that came out a couple years ago, but I forget who wrote it.
