would be hard since skeletons wears light armor, and well chaos doesn't really seem to wear anything light.. ;o ofc, you are able to convert some chaos to vamps..
 
It's really hard to fit Chaos miniatures on the smaller bases required for the Undead units they'd be representing. That alone puts me right off the idea.
 
Hello, my first post here... Been lurking a while though.

I just wanted to say that I have a Undead Chaos army. I have used Marauder and zombie boxes to create 'Zombie warriors' (with skellie stats), Marauder horsemen as Black knights and some Chaos characters as Vamps.

Zombie heads on Marauder bodies works quite well, but they are annoying as hell to get ranked up. I can probably post pictures if anyone is interested.
 
I use VC models with a splash of other races representing newly raised undead. I use Chaos Warriors as GG with hw/s and Dark Elf blackguard I think for GG with gw. I havn't painted them yet but I have converted them with skeleton and gg bits. I plan on using Chaos Knights as my Black Knights.
