Hey gang

I really want to convert my Corpse Cart so that rather than Zombies pulling it along there be some great beast that has been skewered by the pole, however I'm not sure what I should use as this beast of everlasting burden. Anyone have any ideas? The model doesn't have to be GW model.

Thanks for the help.

You could use a suitably converted horse of some sort. Such as taking one of the unbarded Empire horses and replacing its heading with the rotting one included in the Necromancer sprue. After which you would only need to create a harness of some kind to link the horse to cart.

have you thought about the chaos spawn box set? it comes with loads of parts to make 2 spawns but there's really sh*tloads of combinations possible. It'd make a sweet zombie-mutated-beast-thing

If you really wanted to challenge yourself you could use a Rhinox :vampire3: or try converting some Hounds of Khorne? These are depending on your converting skills obviously!

Is there a particular theme you want to continue running through the army that might influence this beast of burden?

I was about to say an Ogre. Beat me to it, 123birds!

I'm in the middle of converting an ogre, skewered through the gut plate to move mine along.

f you want to do soemthing different you can use an Ogre have him pulling a cart like the bring out your dead scene in monty python and teh holy grail. and just see if you can find the body piles on ebay and put them in the cart.

he he, just found this and though it would look ace puling a corpse cart

Just one ogre could work well. Stick the central pole of the cart right through it. Add chains and stuff.
