All its peoples are now too busy complaining and in general being angsty (Especially the Elves) that they'd rather (pretend to) commit suicide than fight each other for fear of ruining their freshly painted nails.

Granted, but the 40k universe instantly becomes a very strange place, filled with spaceships shaped like taco restaurant, and jogging shoes. Also every codex will have access to several towel equipments, to escape such thing as the Ravenous Bugblatter Beast of Traal (who will be roaming amongst the flying parties). Lastly the Imperial Guard will gain access to a new unit, called Ground Missers.
