I've noticed in a few places, here and other forums, people talking about crumbling. As far as I was aware, it only happened when the general died, but the way I have seen people refer to it, they speak as if it happens every turn now regardless. Am I missing something or do these people just expect to lose their generals so much that they consider crumbling as a major player when planing lists and tactics?

Ah, ok, cheers. I haven't got the new rules yet, so I thought there might have been something in there as I saw nothing in the Errata.

Yup, HemoRager is right.

We call 'Crumbling' anything that happens to make our dead minions simply lie down and stay dead without wounding being a direct additive. So, after combat when 5 skeletons just fall, that's crumbling. After the general dies and skeletons fall over, that's also crumbling.
