Hi all! I've lurked around here a bit as i just started playing Fantasy this year and have slowly been building a VC army.
Well it was time to get a vampire lord, and ever since I saw the model for Valkia the Bloody, I thought she would make a great vampire with those wings.
So I finally got around to it. Here's some pictures, not the best quality due to lighting and phone camera (the photo quality makes her look so bad...) but hey, my first ever conversion.
List of parts I used (Was rather limited to High Elves as you can see)
Cutting away the goat feet (Wish they were normal feet so I could keep the base as is)
New neck
The feet
The hand
After some base coats and other work
Some color now
Head painted and skull placed in hand
The semi-final product
So the model itself is pretty much done. I'm just going to have to touch up the paint a bit, along with trying to make her face a bit better.
Need to try and make an epic base for her now, not sure how long that will take me so don't expect an update with a base any time soon.
