I remember that! Very sad that you didn't get to finish it off, all the work you did was quite impressive.

I don't think I could take that piece myself, although I would love to finish it off, but I don't really have the space for a stand-alone diorama like that. If it was a game piece though, I'd take it in a heartbeat!

What about finishing the town (without miniatures) and selling it? I'm sure once done (and ideally, painted) you could sell that thing of beauty!

Cthulhu, this is such a beautiful diorama, I doubt there's anyone on this forum who wouldn't grab this opportunity with both hands!

Having stepped back from this project for a couple of years would you consider a change of tack rather than losing this beautiful diorama? Maybe an armed defence of the walls with a Tilean general rallying the troops in the square? You'd still have plenty scope for flying gribble; maybe even have pikemen fending off the Terrorgheist in the middle of the scene? As the diorama isn't set in open country we could assume that the gen pop are (mostly) safely locked up in their cellars or bedrooms.

If not I'll happily take delivery if I'm at all able.

Wow what a fantastic piece of scenery, shame you're not in Australia or I'd be happy to keep working on it for you. I hope you find a new home for it, it really deserves to be completed.

Thanks for the support, guys! Glad there still is interest in this build! It is tempting to keep going, I confess… but there's still so much left to do, I know I would just loose interest again. And I don't have the space to keep it laying around half finished for two more years, haha.
