Now I know the Mortis Engine can stack your regen save(4+ Max) but can other items specifically seed of rebirth do the same? Regeneration rules seem to state that it just gives a flat save 4+ unless otherwise stated in a army rule book.
Examples: ghoul king with seed of rebirth 5+ or 4+?
Dark elf armour of eternal servitude (heavy armour and regen) with seed of rebirth 4+ or 3+ regen save?
