anybody seen or done one? I'm really liking the pose on the terrorgheist, but would like to have the dragon doing it, or, have the ability to switch it back and forth. Other than the side pieces, I think it may take a little rounding out of the back of the skull. SO, thoughts ?

Both heads are designed together with a neck piece - it's easy to have a terrorgheist head and neck on a dragon pose - it will be held high - but on the reverse the dragon will just bury it's head into the ground.

Still, I think it's doable, but it'll need some work. I would glue the terrorgheist neck to the terrogheist body pose and glue both heads together with their tongues/neck ends. At this point it could be magnetized. The dragon head will probably need quite a coverup on the joint, as the angle will be much different, though. Good luck on that :)

That's kinda where I am now. I think the terrorgheist neck is a must, but will need to carve out the back of the dragon skull to get it to fit right., probably attaching the tounge to the skull? Wife dosnt like the dragons head that came in the kit due to it being boxy with the one horn look. May need to see what's eles out there. I've got time, working on black knights now.

Look up Mc1gamer on youtube, hes has a magnetized head swap conversion that looks pretty sweet.

So after doing some home work, I guess the big question is, what do you folks field? Dragon or terrorgheist? While dragon sounds great with a breath attack, the terrorgheist looks almost better. If it wasn't 60.00 a pop I'd think about 2 but....

What do you play? If 8th edition, then TG is definitely a more effective choice, as the scream is much more versatile than breath attack. And it doesn't need to be ridden with a Lord choice.
As for AoS or 9th Age, I don't have the slightest idea ;)

Lol, with the amount of fantasy players in my area I think it was 6th....or was it 5th?. I know if I was only building for looks it wouldn't matter, but I've always built with the game in mind. Sorta like the " I want to paint a eldar falcon, but I'm not going to play/build a eldar force" deal. I am not building the 1800-20000 pints I have on the shelf now
As for the above, looking at least to cover sigmar and beyond.
