empire or bretonnia knights for blood knights???

[blood knight]

hi,
i am wondering what the best knights are to use for making into blood knights are, either empire knights or bretonnia knights?
and if any one has any more ideas or pictures please post

Empire Knights are so simple. With the bretonnians you get a much... deeper and much more characterful look to them.
This guy has combined chaos knights and bretonnian horses and made some truly awsome knights: Link

Yes, Chaos Knight bodies with Brettonian steeds do make for very convincing Blood Knights as they appear to be encased in thick armour.

lol. I commented on that topic and didn't notice the chaos bodies on bretonnian horses.... In my opinion that actually gets a 'meh' approach from me... I mean the Chaos bodies look so rugged and the bretonnian horses are so neat. It doesn't combine.

However, Bretonnian and Empire Knights aren't original ideas either. To be honest, Empire Knights are easy to convert to Blood Knights, but they do give a heavy feel to it. And that's what Blood Knights are....

I perfer Brets, I think they are modelled better, and I think the end result is better as well. Plus Knights of the Blood Keep is based on an old Bretonnian order I believe.

Brets. The empire knights are getting old and look too static.
I think the bretts are great knight models, i mean cmon thats what bretts are all about!

I actually bought the blood knights boxed set with a quarter off so i got them for 30 quid.

I wish i didnt and converted them, but only because i need 2 lances and cant find them seperate anyhere :\

i like brets as you can easily make the cloth armound the horse ragged and ripped

so bretonnian knights it is!!!
