Love em, I've tried most ones I've come across.

Coffee, Redbull, Relentless, Rockstar, Monster, Vegas King 888, Kick, Lidl Stimulation Drink, Pussy(Yes its real), 5 Hour Energy, Emerge, Irn Bru 32, Red Rooster among other lesser brands such as stores own brands.

And I can say, Do they work? Most of them yes. But drink enough energy drinks and they WILL stop working as well, hence ever the hunt for more and more to try! *Jitters about uncontrollably*

At my father's place, they got an energy drink called 'Golden Power'. I only drink it when we go out and play soccer. This is only because that's the only canned stuff we can take from there.

But to be honest I don't feel it's effect. It doesn't make me feel more awake as most of those drinks suggest. It's only hard on me on the stomach. I feel bloated after that stuff!

That said, I stick to water, orange juice, milk and 1 glass of coca cola per day. I drink more cola at parties or alcohol.

But no energy drinks for me... I did drink one late at night and later when I was in bed, I was unable to sleep because of it (I guess). But I didn't feel 'more awake' (just didn't feel like I needed to sleep).

Golden Power FTW! It's cheap and tastes great. I used to slam back four of the suckers every day but I started to get hyper so now I'm down to four a week which is much healthier.
It helps me stay awake during tedious work and is a good boost between painting sessions.

I like the blood of my victims with a twist of lemon.

Not big on energy drinks but used to have a tescos' own one for when I was working 32 hours in 48. Though I do prefer Dr. Pepper or warm vimto on the cold nights.

Hate em, I only drink water, milk, water with 5% juice for flavour, alchohol.

is that raw alcohol arion?

i personally hate energy drinks because they are totally un healthy (no matter what anyone tells you) because putting that much sugar or caffine into your system is a bad idea especially all in one go

i also hate how they are always seen as part of go-getter life style
ive never had coffee or energy drinks and im more of a go-getter (if such a term can be applied to one of the undead such as myself) than most of the people i know who use these drinks

There was a guy who worked at GW Philly that was pretty much banned from Red Bull while at work. I think he scared the little kids. :)

The energy drinks all pump you up but you really crash later, or if you are one of the 5% that are immune to caffeines effects it'll do nothing.

I don't know about the newer 5 hour Energy Boosts out there, they have only 5 calories but I'm unsure of the science behind it.

i think we need to wean Deep of of the java

just thought of another thing
will all the energy your putting into your body just think about what it turns too if you dont burn it off, not to mention it is empty calories that will make you crash later on

If you need to be more awake, try 'multi student alles in 1', they are vitamin pills with fish oil. It's a bit more expensive, but you won't die 10 years earlier because of it!

Besides, it gives you a lot of focus. Took one pill in before a maths exam... This year I was getting 5.4 average out of 10, with the pill I got 7.5! It makes such a difference it should be banned on tests lol! I think the same goes for work or anything else that needs your focus/concentration.

That may be more psychological than medical.

lol master vampire is on the pill!

i just dont get it, my dad is a cafine addict so i suppose making all of those cups of tea and coffee has put me off of the caffine thing

i just seems like a drug/poison that we have all come to accept because of the culture, would we be doing the same if it was opiates or cocaine?

Hell yes!! I'm off to get me some Pussy!! xd xd

To be honest I drink a LOT of tea - like a proper englishman should do. Brewed with 2 t-bags and 10 sugars, in an old boot for 16 hours - the Yorkshire way xd

Apart from my tea I drink juice, alcohol but not much cola, I don't like the gassy effect it has. Oh and you can't beat a good woman xd

I used to drink lots of Red Bull, I found it made me go to the number 2 too much :zombie1:

True story - Some idiot drank 16 Red Bulls in 24 hours, gave himself a heart attack....be warned!!

I used to love energy drinks even though they never did anything for me they randomly started making me sick, so the only one that works is Red Bull and it better be worth feeling like wretching after... so sad... I love Full Throttle Blue Agave for taste though... so now Dew is the only one for me if I feel like saturated myself in sugar...

I'm already taking all sorts of vitamins. I'm a transhumanist so I plan on living until the machine god grants me eternal life  You wouldn't believe my diet...it's hell bent on living as long as is physically possible.
I really cut down on energy drinks after I read the labels on it...gave me nightmares!
Caffeine has no effect on me, it's the Taurine that makes me go and I don't crash later on. Maybe I have an inhuman system because I also never had any problems with alcohol; no morning headaches or whatever.
