Hello,

Just taken up Warhammer again after a break of 15 years. Started with 2nd edition. Recently restarted with a couple of thousand points of Wood Elves and Dark Elves. I tend to build small, themed armies based around models I like rather than spend a lot of time list crafting.

Have got into undead as I used to collect the old 80s lead zombie models and plague carts. Now I am thinking of a small army based on ghouls. I dont play that much competitively as my lists tend to be more for what I like rather than what is good.

Anyway, have enjoyed reading through some bits on the forum, and as I am a night-owl I'll probably still be here until sunrise.

I relate to your playing with models you like aha, I am getting back from a long break myself. Ecstatic to have found an awesome forum and can not wait to share the fantasy battles I am experiencing.

The 80's zombie miniatures are a bit before my time but I hit the hobby not too long after that when skeletons were in boxes of 8 and horsemen were 3 for £5! Those were the days

Your plans for a ghoul-based army sound cool, looking forward to seeing it come to unlife in the near future!

Cheers, was always nice to get blister packs of 3 chaos warriors for £1.50! And nice to know my old metal stuff is worth a bob or two.
