Anyone else hearing a rumour that a space hulk like fantasy game is on the horizon for this year sometime after the release of 8th???

I have never played Heroquest, though if it does get released I might pop down to my local store to give it a whirl......

I wish they would bring back space crusade, aaah, good times. The times when chaos, androids (pre-necrons), orcs and gretchins and genestealers all inhabited the same space hulks and teamed up against space marines.

Heroquest is a pretty crummy game. I remember it years ago, and its not very well balanced or anything. MUCH better games out there (most of em?)

I would hope they would re-release Warhammer Quest instead. It had many more options and expansions, the chance to use a wide range of their miniatures, and a lot more substance. HeroQuest was fun but WQ was its successor.

I personally think it will be Warhammer Quest if they do a Fantasy Box release due to the success of Space Hulk. Space Hulk showed GW that people were willing to spend £60 to buy a boxed game of that quality, and I think that might have got them thinking about doing a Warhammer Quest release.

It's a good game. I probably won't play it but I got some funny memories about it.
