So what is your favourite Vampire Counts Models or models? my choices would be:

> Blood Knights
> Konrad von Carstein (love the bat cloak)
> Varghulf
> Zombies

My least favourites would be: Fell Bats, Black Knights, Dire Wolves and Spirit Hosts

- I always liked Konrad and I absolutely love the model they made of him(except for the short hair).
- The new skeletons are great and rank up much better.
- Vargulf; it just looks brutal.
- The black coach; because I really like the von Carstein's and this model just fits with them. I don't like the nightmares though so I'm swapping them with killed (=converted)Bretonnian horses.

The Corpse Cart has to be one of my favorites, but I really like the new skellies and wights as well.

Blood knights on top.
Corpse cart.
Black knighs.
LotR bat swarms (not really a vampire counts models, but they are so beutiful)

And I really hate:
Spirit hosts (I made some from flagellants)
Banshees (I only like one)
Fell bats (I still use the 5th fell bats)
Zombies (why they are so out of proportion?)

Corpse Cart, it's just beyond anything in the new or old range. Blood Knights are cool too, and I like the old Wraiths and Black Coach.

1. Skeletons/Grave Guard(Pretty much the same thing, just luv em).
2. Corpse Cart.
3. Blood Knights.

Cheers

1) Coach
2) Cart
3) Mordheim Ghouls. Picked up 20 of these last week, now I'll be able to have an excellently efficient infantry base like everyone else!

That's a good idea, especially now that since the Coach is pulled by Nightmares rather than Skeletal Steeds, the Coach model itself is not WYSIWYG compliant!

Simple really:

Mordheim Vampire (with sword)
Mordheim Necromancer
6th ed Mannfred
Old Vlad and Isabella
Old Skeletons
Zombies
Old Ghouls
Old Dire Wolves

It seems that me & jexx have quite similar tastes in models (with a few exceptions) ;)

Here's my list:

- Mordheim Vampire (with sword),
- Old Vampire with sword and raised cloak (can be seen on the first card on the OOP undead battlecard set)
- Old Necromancer with sword & skull staff,
- 6th ed. Mannfred,
- Old Vlad and Isabella (my biggest favorite),
- New Skeletons,
- Old Ghouls,
- Heinrich Kemmler (he was the first ever mini I bought, great model)

My list:
1) New Vlad von Carstein <--- THE vampire and the reason i started playing Vampire Counts
2)Necromancer on foot with staff
3)Heinrich Kemmler (just got my hands on it and absolutely love it!)
4)New Grave Guard
5)Konrad (dual wielding CC berserk is just cool.)

I love nercomancers and it's a shame they don't have Master Necromancer on the new list.

Favorites:
Wight Lord BSB (Always liked this one.. It's an underrated model. Really cool design).
Konrad (Yeah, definately the best vampire model there ever was - but I like the old Vlad too, and maybe the Mordheim vamp, can't remember what he looks like atm)
Black Coach (if you convert the steeds - they look so skinny compared to the big, meaty Coach)
Blood Knights (Starting to run out of viable choices - many of the other models are simply not good enough!)
The old Grave Guard (Ahhhh.. I smell expensive, heavy, static and totally awesome freaking hard-core models! These models clearly don't freaking f*ck around. You can see it in their freaky pitch black eye sockets - welcome to hell!)

Worst five models:
Black Knights (Man, I painted my first of these models like eight years ago. And it felt old at that time, like a 5th ed. model. I was 100% that they were remaking 'em, but nope. Back to converting Bretonnians)
Spirit Hosts (Boo, it's halloween! These aren't ghosts, they're dressed up children trying to get their hands on a treat).
Fell Bats (Yeah, I know that nose is similar to a real vampire bat and that they're supposed to look like one, but as they have created steam tanks and robotic horses and talking rat-men and lizards along with bald vampires all living together in the same ol' fantasy world they might aswell make up their own damn bats!)
Mannfred (Talking about bald vampires.. And a spine in the forehead)
Ghouls (maybe not as bad model-wise, but these guys clearly don't look good in a ranked-up formation. Possibly one of the most annoying changes of the 7th ed. I'm getting my hands on the old ones, for sure).

Kham out

These I like:
New skeletons and grave guard: Best minies in the new range. The sprues are a joy to work with and the convertion options are endless!
Heinrich Kemmler: The ultimate badguy!
Old Mannfred: Old School vampire done right
6th edition Nechrarch vampire (the one with the bare upper body): Looks very deranged and cool.

These I dont like:

Zombies: Update the allready!
New dire wolfs: They look like misshapen ghouls :S.
The new Vlad and Mannfred: They lack that classical look that made Von Carstein badass. Now they look like they both are chaos worshippers.

Couldn't have said it better, my Danish friend. That's all there is to it.

I really love these guys, even though the new Grave Guard are much less static the old editions ones look much better on the whole.
