Female vampire model

[Christophe von Carstein]

Again Sorry if this is wrong thread
but what im looking for are female minatures to pose as vampires but i dont want just any female miniature what i want is like a semi-naked/fully naked that could be used as a vampire just to add a bit of glamour into the army. i was going to use avatars of war dark elf sorceress but im not sure about the actual model because ive seen like the sculpt like on the online store on their website which i like but then when i see images of her painted i think that she looks to GW because lets face it they cant sculpt female models its the head mainly it looks triangular to me and to big for her body. any other suggestions for naked vampire or even some decent photos of the Dark Elf of Avatars to help me change my mind would be great.
Thanks.

Try looking on the reaper website (I don't have the link but it pops up on google). They have loads of suitable naked models...........

[Josef]

here are the female vamps I am using and yes use reaper the female models are great =)

Darksword minis has an excellent range of topless minis, if that's what you're going for. Most are not clearly vampires, ie. they don't have fangs showing, but they could easily be turned into vampires with blood dripping down the chin, etc. I'm curently building a Lahmian based army and I've done alot of looking around.

Here are two that I would suggest to consider.. both would make excellent choices in my opinion. I have them both myself and they are both from the Reaper mini range...

http://www.coolminiornot.com/112646 (same mini as the previous one, just with a different paint scheme to give you some ideas)

I really like your Siobhana Vampiress (the one with the goblet) Josef, I'm planning on getting that one myself to use as Isabella (I'm not keen on the GW classic range Isabella).

The skin tone of the Vampire in the third link you posted is very nice darknesseternal, I might have to steal it.

[Christophe von Carstein]

theres a couple i like from both those sites. what i had an idea of in my head was possibly a model that looked like the dark elf sorceress in the Age of Reckoning video trailer (i think the videos elsewhere on this site) Keep site, ideas and images coming please

[Josef]

I did not knwo they made one lol, in a reg game the 2nd one (which I think is the hottest) is just ganna be a reg vamp but if i want to use issabella she will be her.

[Quintus Maximus]

I use DE Sorcereses converted with some skulls or a bat, can use them both for DE and VC..

[Volt2187]

Hi all, first post of many on these forums.

Okay, that aside, here are some really good figures, that will probably fit what you want Christophe. Just a warning,(especially the first figure, all three links) these figures are close to fully nude (ie T and A ) so a heads up to those unaware.

Taxxis, from Hasslefree (2 versions):

and here is a pretty cool female vampire from Gamezone:

Hope those give you ideas!

[LidlessPraetor]

I love that last one, the leonora model, I'm just curious how she'd rank up with other units

[Christophe von Carstein]

Firstly welcome to the site Volt2187. thanks for those i really like the first one and last one.
and if i got Leonora (the last one) id try and make a rank around her it should be easy enough if you stick her at the end

[The Dark Sheep]

Sorry for using threadomancy (but hey, we're necromancers right?).

I found this model some days ago and my first thought was "wow... this really looks like the WAR DE sorceress". Now, just a couple of minutes ago I remembered this thread and thought "hey what a coincidence...".

So... I'll just stop typing and present you with this:

And a link to the guy that sells it: link

[Josef]

just fyi shes 30mm...but god find.

[Disciple of Nagash]

Wow, that is a really good find Dark Sheep *drools* I think I will have to buy her, well just because she looks good and I'm a pervert lol.

[The Dark Sheep]

Do it. I posted this because I wanted a comparison pic with a GW model (I'm considering buying her myself, but when the shipping is more than the model itself... )

[Christophe von Carstein]

30mm thats not much bigger because arent GW figures only 28mm so personally the hell with 2mm me wanty!
Great find Dark Sheep

[The Dark Sheep]

You'll buy it then? In that case, make sure to post up som pics when you're done painting her.

[Christophe von Carstein]

yeah im going to buy her but it'll have to be after christmas or as a birthday present which is in Jan so

[The Dark Sheep]

As long as you do (and post a comparison pic), I'm more than happy.
