IMO, drop the ghouls, more skeletons to go horde + spears and add a wraith to give your skeletons terror + extra attacks. Also you might want to look into zombies, they are cheap and easy to raise. If you need the models, just buy 1 box and you can make 30 out it. I'm not anti-ghouls by any means but they are expensive in low pts battles. You also have a lot of pts in magic banners, you don't need screaming banner, however, banner of the barrows is a must!

Imo. It is a little scary to put your main caster on a CC, because you are asking for a cannonball or some other mean object to your face. the point cost of your ghouls equals 63 zombies. I would personally field only the minimum of core-units. so that would be dropping 21 ghouls for 30 zombies and 5 dire wolves, which leaves you at 375 points on the button. this will free up 80 points for some more magic items/lvl's/MotD, some GG or some chuff. But this depends on your playstyle ofcourse
