there should be a plan we got plenty of time for Kavok to develope and you need to decide if you want him to become a Vampire or a Grail Knight you can't be both becuse Vampires can't drink a Grail knights blood it would be like chugging down a bottle of holy water.

Also DoN that subplot form won't download onto My labtop

Dread, thought I'd let you know - the Skaven magss don't really draw upon the winds of magic; they consume crushed warp stone to power their spells.

At least ... That's how I've always interpreted it. If anyone thinks different, by all means correct me ...

Warpstone helps power their spells, but I think they still have magic of their own. Plague priests don't always seem to consume too much warpstone, yet they still cast spells.

I dont know about all that but Im pretty certain all magic is derived from the seperate winds of magic (high magic being all winds in balance, Dhar being all winds in a chaotic mix etc etc)

So with them calm thats the storm calmed although the councils use of necromancy will just unbalance them eventually =D

Just posted igor, he is still recovering from getting his leg pretty much shattered, but it will heal eventually, and man, is he glad that the gatling guns ran away, because he would not have been able to kill all of them.

Yes I know that I can't do both, my problem is I'm not sure which way things will end up going for Kavok. Vampirism would probably not be Kavok's first choice, but I still have formulated some rough ways of it potentially happening. I don't know... I'll just have to see how things unfold... And I should probably start working on a new post for Kavok...

Thanks, Get; I'll edit that into my post now. xD

EDIT: I've edited it in; I hope this clears up the confusion around my latest IC post.

All mages draw from the winds of magic- warpstone is just crystalised magic deposited by winds of magic.

Edit: in a storm of magic im surprised that all of the mages are still alive. With all of this casting normally someone has exploded or at least suffered magical backlash by now.

Good :) be nice to see players write more about how much of a struggle it is to control the magic during a storm, or even suffer magical backlash and be all addled in the head for a while. I would imagine all of the mage characters to feel like bruce willis after christmas eve after this battle- its been a rough one for them!

Yeah, it definitely would help, but is having a little trouble, um, moving. Also grey seers blowing up definitely would be expected.

I'm guessing you didn't mean to reference me? I haven't been in the action thread for some time and have been posting in the OOC quite sporadically

They are skavenslaves, they do not need a reason to break!

Nazis don't need a reason to break either. I guess they share a lot in common with the Skaven.

BTW, I'm assuming that Kenshiro has caused the Skavenslaves to break; can't see any reason for them to flee otherwise.

Elanor caused the skaven slaves to break. She used a bow which caused them to reflect soon their existence which they could not cope with and they dispersed.

Also sanai we did write about the effects of magical backlash it almost took the mages out of action completely.

Indeed!

He could always come from the side or behind and attack the cannons- then i can sic clan deathclaws rat ogres on him which shouldbe an awesome fight :)

@ghouly: Look at Archy's maps (a few pages back in the OOC thread), and read the last few IC posts. This should give you a good idea of where the skaven are positioned in relation to the vamps and necromancer.
