The map is a real help. Though when I last posted, Kenshiro was fighting the HPA.

Seeing how Peter and Morty opened up an opportunity to finish off the HPA and nobody appears to have made use of it so far, I'll have Kenshiro finish the job.

Gah... I'm too focused on the worm... I think I'm going to scrap my plans regarding the worm... I was relying on something I probably shouldn't be to achieve it... And seeing things Kavok could probably be useful elsewhere... Hmm... maybe I'll actually be able to put something together this time...

btw dread, don't take the attempt by Nithek to wipe your character from the face of the earth too personally, its just morty drew alot of attention to himself and was being a major threat :p (I figured he'd find a way to survive and that skaven artillery was inaccurate anyway).

Sanai, don't forget you use Clan Sklunk artillery. I guess you are acting as Skner-Skner's second. The inevitable betrayl had better be a good one.

Just a reminder: though the Verminlord is the spiritual figurehead, the guy giving the orders is safely ensconsed in a gint death worm.

Well, Nithek more or less just co-opted it all via whatever means possible- his lieutenants either bribe, bully or just use Nitheks authority as outranking them into getting them to do what he wants :p

So... I think I caught Kavok up for now... I apologize if I mistook something, but there was periods of time to get through that are from quite a bit ago... Though I think I did fairly well. Also, I'm going to be assuming that Nekhlior and Nimrais were both hit by the magical recoil in similar ways, though if not I'll edit my post.

Well, I have three suggestions, none of which may be very good:-

1) He gets abused - magically - by this skaven/daemon/skaven-daemon thing as Rowhaine draws near and has to teleport out of there to stop himself from being beat up on anymore.
2) Alastor senses the presence of Rowhaine - he's champion of the Nehekharan gods, he's got some serious power shiz going on there - and realises he's not best suited to the task (looking at his stats will tell us this, right?)
3) The mage decides he's not worth it, and that there are more important enemies - i.e. Rowhaine - on the way and just sends underlings to attack him

That's just off the top of my head, if it helps!

I will he-... oh wait. I don't have magic powers to help... Umm... I would advise... getting out of there. Though if some of the magically attuned people feels like giving you support you may not be instantly screwed over.

Though seriously, Alastor probably won't be able to last long without quite a bit of magical support... He is basically surrounded now, and has some really powerful people among those people surrounding him. Striking quickly and then teleporting would probably be the smartest option he has at the moment. But who knows if Alastor would follow the normal train of thought like that. He likes to purposefully do things differently... *shrug*

Edit: really should remember to refresh before I post...

Well, apparently we're struggling on the western flank, especially as Markus, Esmerelda and maybe Kenshiro (if he joins us) are about to abandon it to try and cross the ENTIRE battlefield to get to the artillery xD Or you could go straight to the artillery, but I doubt Nithek would like that

Well I hope my post makes sense

Used Nekhlior to buy us some time, was thinking of having him teleport himself, Kavok and the two lovely vampiresses to Shah&co but didn't want to do so unless the rest of you wanted to be teleported

Also Nekhlior got badly hurt...poor old dude.

Dieter's vainly attempted to help Peter...I'm no celestial mage but foresee the death of two blood dragons

... Your post from Dieter makes me think of just having Kavok throw the three of you over his shoulder and trying to high-tail it out of there while they are being held of by magic... I'm not sure how well that would play out...

Dieter was in a hurry but I'm sure he meant "Rouse those idiot scholars and get them outta here"

Lucy, if you read one of my IC posts, you'll see that Alastor was blasted far backwards by the skaven magelord, so he can move away if he wants to. xD

Dread, since Luci - I think - didn't realise that, it brought to mind part of what DoN said in his feedback:-

…but also respect my body
In conjunction with the last post, another noted thing was that players were posting what other characters felt when they did something. DoN turned his smouldering gaze onto Darvy, eyes like obsidian, seemingly burning into his very soul –. Now unless you are a long term player with permission to RP other characters (for example, myself, GoW, Simon are all happy for small actions because we have done this together so long), this is where is should stop. However I saw many posts like -Darvy felt a chill down his spine, his legs turning to water as he leaned forward with…. . That is not for me to say, that is for the player controlling that character to say. Yes I know that some players don’t react as they should (hence my previous point), however the best way is to instead say something in the OOC thread / PM me etc. Better you stick to doing the right think, posting just for your character, rather than posting the actions of someone else just to get the right reaction. If a player is not being fair and is making his character immune to every possible negative thing that could affect his character I will deal with it.

Just something to think on! After all, seeing as he is now looking for a way out of what he thought his situation was, Luci might have been agreeable to it happening, but it does seem kind of unfair to have someone being blasted a large distance without asking them =\

If you've got no objections to things, this may be something to go off of. More maps on the page before this one... Though seriously, if you have something else in mind then go ahead and change it. Last thing I think you posted was that you took up the duel with a knight for Kavok, or maybe you fought a few skaven after that... Hmm... My mind may have made a few things up here, so I'm not entirely sure where you left things. But having him just fighting on the front lines against the skaven is probably an easy option for you, and then doing something character worthy from there. Or just keep grinding up rat people. I hear that is something people have their vampires do sometimes... Grinding up their enemies.

Edit: Dang it, went to a new page... So two pages ago, not the last page...

Could anyone give me an indication of what Jason should be doing at about this time as I have had RL stuff going on recently and the lack of doing much also left me feeling somewhat uninterested in continuing rampant posting. SO if I could receive a pointed on what going on it would be most lovley :)

Yeah, I realised that Malochai, but I made the post before I got the feedback, and I made it quite a long time ago. I could edit it, but I won't do it unless Lucy wants me to. I expect it puts Alastor in a more convenient position for him.

Big skaven mage lord (like a huge magic vermin lord) smashing everything with a storm of magic.

Nithek is shooting up vamps with artillery, though he's contemplating betrayal.

Empire troops few and far between, but the force commander is still alive.

Giant mechanical worm at the back of the battle with skaven general inside.

Grey seers and other wizards guarding the magelord from the vamps and helping with his rituals.

Skaven everywhere and assassins and gutter runners sneaking up behind the vamps.

That's it for the NPCs, I think you just have to read the last few pages of OOC to know what's happened to the chars (look at Archy's maps).
