I posted the results of my shot immediately because it was a Rend. But if the Guardsman somehow survives that shot, then I'll go back and edit it.

Yeah, about that. I was also wondering if I'm allowed to sidestep one square, toss the grenade and sidestep back in cover using 1 AP?
The point is, I don't know HOW to toss that frag until Sanai wakes up. Which will be hours.

I don't think you can fire at things you can't actually see with a las weapon or shotgun, but I don't see why you couldn't lob a rocket or grenade in that general direction. But it'll be considerably less accurate, so I'd wait for Sanai on that one.
Yeah, another reason why I wouldnt fire on those areas is that you cannot see if the blibs are in cover or there are obsacles along the way. Imagine blowing up a generator or a gas tank like that with a rocket. The blast could take out more than you wanted it to. (It won't perhaps happen here, but later on...)
Also I don't think Harland should roleplay throwing grenades too much if there hasn't been a roll for success or anything like that. It just makes it harder for the rest to cover up the story when people drop down and pop back up.

Edit: well I got a 1 and a hit. not sure what this means. Sanai can interpret it tomorrow.
I don't think it's possible to "misfire" in 40k, at least with most conventional weapons, so that should be a straight-up hit.
Also, on page 1 of the thread, it says that if you roll a hit, it automatically hits D6 + BS enemies with a strength of 3, AP6.
The weapons will presmably do the same, but non lethal. The flash could stun for the battle etc
Does anyone want me to post what I think the intercept says here? Or should I just leave it for you to decide if I'm right or wrong?
