Hellsteed Conversion -pic heavy

Ok, so I thought I would share my conversion of a hellsteed. I used parts from 2 of the horses on the HE chariot kit, the wings from a Winged Nightmare, and the Vampire is a coldone knight with probably some more work to do on him.

I love the Hellsteed, will you have it on a 40x40mm base? The vampire looks like a bald Dark Elf though (probably because he is!), not a fan. Though a good paint job can perhaps salvage the model.

Even though the horse looks a little frail to be a hellstead, it does look awsome. Keep it coming.

I agreee with the dark sheep, the horse dose look frail.
Although i have been looking for a way to make a Hellsteed, and this might be how i do it.

This is a great conversion, my only objection would be taht the rider looks like a dark elf. I'd use the old mounted blood dragon model with lance on this steed if you could fit it there.
