Okay i saw on a forum or google search some time back some one used heated up suger or salt to put the plastic models in anto heat them up safely and repose them...ifsome one knwos were that link is please post here i need it for my zombie dragon.

I've had some success with bending plastic bitz with just hot water. Boiled a pot poured the water into a cup and held the bit in I wanted to bend. First time was a banner from the High Elf Spearmen box. Worked ok, took a little while and I was careful when I bent it.
I'm not sure if it would work on something as large as a dragon though. For some reason I think I read about someone converting their dragon like this over at ulthuan.net . I'll try to track down a link.
