hexwraith armor save??

Just a thought that popped into my head earlier. As hex wraiths are mounted would that give them an armor save. I know they are ethereal and all that jazz but makes sense right? or am i way off the mark?

no armor save...if your opponent has a magic weapon your f-ed

Just wondering why that is i mean if units have a mount they get + 1 to their armor so is it in the army book that says otherwise????

you need armor in the first place to get a +1 to your armor

They have a 6+ armor save since they are mounted.
