Hey guys, I found this forum through Google and I've been going here frequently the last few weeks to read interesting threads, so I decided to make an account. I dont sign up to fora often because I generally don't have the time for them, but this one seemed the absolute best for me to comment on and ask VC related Warhammer questions, so here I am.
I would like to apologize for any bad spelling on my part, I am norwegian and english is not my native language.
I'll make a short introduction here:
A short summary of my interests include Warhammer (of course), PC games, IT in general, weightlifting, hunting, Magic the Gathering, metal and classical music and lots of typical stuff, like drinking with friends and so on.
I am currently employed as an IT consultant with a bachelor's degree, I am 23 years old and engaged to the love of my life (who plays Wood Elves..
).
Onto Warhammer-related matters, I dont remember exactly when I started buying miniatures, but it was when Undead still was one army, chaos dwarves were sold by gw and the plastic models looked exactly the same for every unit (at least thats how I remember it). Since then I've been on and off playing due to lack of time, but this time I'm back for good! I have played different armies, but the Vampires have always been my favorite - von Carsteins in particular, but Blood Dragons are a close second storywise. I also play dwarves, mostly because my gaming partners cannot defeat my vampire army and I want to give them at least a chance (they are not very skilled tacticians). I am by no means a good warhammer player, but I can at least look at the army list available to me and see what units are more effective per point :slapface:
