Ideas for loose vampire ladies?

Hm. Perhaps I misworded my title. Or not.

I have my new Mortis Engine from the new army box ready to undercoat and build, and it means i'm going to have a lovely trio of vampiress beauties just sitting in my bits box. However, the sculpts are just too nice to leave gathering dust.

I'm thinking the pleated-tail head will go nicely on something else. But that still leaves some ladies for other uses.

I'm thinking one could look good sitting side-saddle on a zombie dragon when I build one.

They could perhaps even be used for some 40k purpose, with more human heads, as the Imperium still has that sort of dress sense for the upper class and Rogue Traders.

Anyone got any fun ideas? Ohhhh, perhaps my spare corpse cart could be used to make a zombie-pulled platform for the vampire lady to observe the battles from. Sadly, I think she might be a little big to perch on the Black Coach.

Just love the Coven Throne girls.... So much so that I've picked up a few extras myself as 'bits" for conversions. The possibilities are endless.

I've seen some beautiful floating banshees made from them.... flying vampire ladies, and even some nice foot models and sidesaddle riding versions. Heck.... I'm even working on a converted Vampire Lord (Errr? Or should it be Lady?) to use with my Mordheim warband at the moment.

One I've thought hard about is a big conversion for the throne itself using a decorative ashtray as a big bronze bathing tub.... filled with blood... for a kind of Countess Bathory vibe. I picture a whole bevy of vampire girls bathing and lounging around it with some slaves being executed at the top of an altar, their blood being channeled down into the basin.

The whole thing will sit atop some cloud effects made from expanding foam insulation done as misty clouds in which ghostly faces and forms will be swirling about. Needless to say, it's merely in the planning stages right now.

I "misread" the title and was hoping this thread was going somewhere else...

I have one of the coven throne ladies riding on a BK nightmare, with her legs swung off to one side. It was a relatively easy kitbash/conversion and she looks great in a unit of Black Knights. I also put an empire state trooper's head in her outstretched hand to make the pose work (and to taunt my roommate, who just so happens to be an empire general).

I'll see about taking some pictures and posting them up soon...

Ah yes, the woman bathing in the blood pool, Seneschal? Since i'm doing a Mortis Engine, i'll likely use the pool and the bathing lady in a diorama, as it is a fun idea. Sadly i'm, not sure i'd do it with my actual eventual Coven Throne either, as I really like the sitting ladies sculpts, and to make it look right (as in, not mismatched models) i'd likely have to forgoe them in favor of more like Miss Bathtub. If I ever do a second Coven Throne just for fun though, i'll be right there, and it is likely as I want moar of the sitting ladies for other projects.

Really old man doom? How could you possibly misread my title. erv: Yes, a mounted Lady is most likely one of the things i'll be doing too. I've already got 20 dire wolves, 20 black knights, 5 blood knights and 6 vargheists for my 'fast' force. A deceptively unarmored Vampire Lady would be a perfect fit.

Here's the perfect resin ashtray for a "Hot Tub From Hell".... 4 inches by 4inches and only 5$!!

Fill it with some woodland scenics water effects (suitably dyed a lovely blood red...) and pop in your choice of bathing beauties and you are so there!!

Could you point me in the direction of that ashtray? I've been looking for something similar for a DE COB, and this, coupled with some bathing beauties could do the trick, failing that I could also use it for a WE unit filler.

I found that while surfing at Amazon.... I think I was using the search term "resin ashtray".

The more I see it the more I certain I'll have to break down and grab one at that ridiculously low price. Even if I don't use it right away it's just too sweet not to find something to do with it.
