Hello Fellow Denizens of the Night,
While waiting for the remaining components of my new edition Vampire Counts Army to arrive I have decided to create this small blog on the progress that I have been making towards my new Vampire which will lead the army in progress.
The miniature in question is relatively old now around 15 years, it is very rare now and I was lucky to pick it up on ebay a few days ago. While it may not be as well sculpted or visualy appealing as some of the new models that are being released it has its on "air about it" and I believe that it will set it apart from the rest with its ariscocratic feel and style.
Here is an image of the Vampire:
I will be recieving the miniature in a few days via, mail and that is when further progress will be made towards it.
For the overall colour scheme I hoping to create a stark contrast between the skin and the cloak of the Vampire, the skin being pale while the cloak being either a deep midnight blue hughe or the never out of fashion black, if the outside is too be black i believe that the inside will most likely be a deep red. I am unsure how the visible pant leg, and boot of the vampire will be painted.
Comments and advice are highly welcome and appreciated,
Thanks in advance,
Incognito.
