So I've seen/heard people talk about having really high initiative saying something about hatred. I haven't seen it in the rule book. Is this made up crazy talk or am I a poor reader?

In the special rules section of the BRB it states that if you have first strike AND the same or more initiative than your opponent you can re-roll failed hits, so basically it's an eternal hatred without the downside of being obligated to chase your opponent.
