very cool. will you do some sort of fur trimming or something like that to ease the transition between head and drum (helmet)? It does look a bit weird as is. will you do lava bases, or just general rocks?

not much of a shot of the first but i'm going to go with it because i'm not a big fan of using the different scale of lotr in 40k and the first looks like it's a bit more appropriate. also every mand and his dog has a balrog as something these days it seems so if you use something a little more uniu you might pull some more eyes erv: ... and then when they are distracted by the model defeat them with superior tactics!

I think the ultra forge mini looks better, but the balrog looks a lot more like a destroyer if you know what I mean. If I was in your position, I'd go balrog
